Potassium Silicofluoride is a white colored water insoluble powder which finds application in metal processing industries in oxygen sensitive applications. It has molecular weight of 220.27 g/mol with chemical formula F6K2Si and shows good stability. This chemical is also utilized in organic synthesis of various compounds, for optical deposition, and to improve optical quality as well.
